oh my god, katherine's wedding was crazy, strange, beautiful, certainty not over by ten o'clock, exhausting.
my head is hurting, there will need to be some recovery time. |

so i'm staying at katherine's house. this morning we have a massive 'to do' list. there is another one for tomorrow as well. she was not kidding when she said there was a lot to still do. i still have not even seen my bridesmaids dress. we have to beg someone to alter them over night or at lest by the morning of the wedding. any way, it will all get done but i think today and tomorrow will be really long days. |

getting ready to go to the state for two months. so much to get done. a million little projects to get done.
this morning mom, mark, and I did a ton of yard work. cutting down a ton of branches and cleaning out. the place looks a lot better really. and there is now a chance the dirt pit that is my lawn might get some sunlight. mom has of course made friends with all my neighbors and told them my life story. mark raked the yard and it's almost ready for grass seed.
I also made pancakes and eggs for breakfast.
we have straighted up the lounge since people are coming over tonight. I need to start making dinner. i guess it's a little goodbye thing but it's not like i wont be back in a few months.
oh, also hung up three of my painting in the house, cause our walls are pretty empty and i have all this art from school.
tomorrow is packing and cleaning in the day. plus repainting the door, sealing around the burners, cutting mat for kitchen floor, and moving studio stuff into guest room. then tomorrow night, date with mark.
tuesday, before the sun gets up, i'll up and off to the airport. by tuesday night i'll be in my own room at home (wishing for clean sheets but to tired to wash them).
i got the have a long talk with katherine last night and am very much looking forward to her wedding and mostly seeing her.
ok, that is about it. going to start dinner here in a minute. |
